This page explains what you can do as an admin to manage your HackRisk account in the portal.
The Admin Dashboard gives you a quick overview of your account, with panels for recent scan activity, user status, subscription information and staff training. It is a summary. Each area has its own tab with more detail.
Use this area to manage portal access for standard and admin users. You can see which users have verified their accounts and signed in, and you can reset a user's password or multi-factor authentication (MFA) when needed.
To add someone, select the plus [+] button. They receive an email asking them to verify their account, and during that process they set a password and configure MFA. MFA is required to access the portal.
User Logs records how people access the portal. For each user you can see:
You can upgrade from a trial to a paid subscription from the Subscriptions tab.
When payment succeeds, your account is upgraded immediately and you receive the allowances included in your plan and add-ons.
The Staff Training page is not available during a free trial. It becomes available when Training and Phishing is added to your subscription.
From here you can connect the portal to Microsoft 365 to synchronise users, or add users by CSV import. Once users have been added, you can manage them from the same screen. See Security Awareness & Phishing for more.
The Domains page shows the domains registered for HackRisk scans, with the status of each one.
If a domain is listed but is not being actively scanned, and your subscription has enough allowance, you can select the available buttons to add it as a target. To add more domains, use the subscription checkout page.
If someone tries to register for HackRisk using a domain that is already linked to an existing account, they do not get a separate account. Instead, their details appear on the Access Requests page for the attention of your account admin. A portal admin can either add the person to your account or deny access.
Permission Requests relates to Supply Chain Risk. It shows which other HackRisk organisations have asked to view your scores, your documents, or both. You can accept or decline each request individually.
The Compliance page lets you upload and manage certificates so they can be shared through Supply Chain Risk. To add one, select the plus [+] button, choose the document type and upload the PDF.
Questionnaires sent to you by other organisations are completed from the admin area. See Supply Chain Risk for how they work.
